Hana is an attentive and authentic Clinical Psychologist passionate in helping people overcome all anxiety, stress and mood-related concerns.​​​​​​​ ​​​​Hana supports the full range of symptom severity, and has helped many home-bound clients re-engage with society. Hana also works with many health professionals, researchers, senior executives and company directors, who are seeking support for personal growth and self-care and may not warrant a mental health diagnosis.

Hana is available  Mondays to Fridays. Therapy available in English and Mandarin Chinese.​​​​​​​​​​​

Dr. Clare Bellhouse

Clare is a Clinical Psychologist whose practice focuses on women's health and the perinatal period, including the transition to parenthood and parenting. She is warm, patient and attentive in therapy, and uses an attachment-focussed psychodynamic therapeutic approach. Clare also welcomes general therapy enquiries .

Jason Lim-How

Jason is a Clinical Psychologist working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and challenges relating to identity and sense of self. He aims to provide a calm, grounded, and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable slowing down and making sense of what’s been happening in their lives. Jason strives to create a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and respectful of each person’s individual experiences. He draws on CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy, tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs and pace.

Renata Mathews

Renata is a registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience across private practice, public mental health, correctional settings, and alcohol and drug services. Renata works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and non‑judgemental, supporting clients to feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Renata is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and EMDR, and integrates evidence‑based modalities to meet each client’s needs.

Parisa is a neuro-affirming psychologist who supports individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD trauma, grief, and emotional impacts of a cancer diagnosis. She takes a collaborative, flexible, and client-centred approach focusing on helping clients work towards meaningful goals. Parisa considers the broader context of each person’s life and draws on evidence-based therapies, including CBT, IPT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, baking and connecting with loved ones. Parisa looks forward to meeting you.

David Temme

David works in depth with people who notice repeating patterns in relationships, self-worth, and emotional responses that feel difficult to change. His approach is relational and trauma-informed, focusing on how earlier attachment experiences continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others. He integrates schema therapy and EMDR within a steady, collaborative process that honours what feels most present for his clients as well as the moment-to-moment experience in the therapy room. David is experienced in supporting people experiencing longstanding relational or emotional difficulties that feel persistent or hard to shift. In therapy, David provides a thoughtful and respectful space, and he helps his clients progress at a pace that feels right for them.
